2026 WCS REGISTRATION RATES

• Coach - $130
• Student - $40 [limited to 40]
  • Must be a current student.
• Athletic Administrator - $180 [limited to 40]
  • ADs, SWAs, Club Directors, Directors of Coaching, conference-level staff, and all individuals who fall generally under athletic administrators.

• Vendor Table - $350 [limited to 15]

Join us for high-quality educational programming and professional development for women coaches. This full-day women-focused event serves as an avenue for networking and provides space to build community among women coaches. Women coaches of all sports and all levels are welcome. The WCS is a LGBTQI2S+ inclusive, safe space. While the WCS is a women-focused event, we welcome male allies who support women.

Registration is capped at 325 registrants. Register early, we will sell out.

We are excited to announce the exclusive Student-Athlete Track at this year’s Women Coaches Symposium. Space is limited for this unique opportunity. Running parallel to the main symposium, this track provides currently enrolled high school and college athletes with tailored programming and direct access to powerful women leaders and role models in sports.

Student-Athlete Track Highlights:

• Tailored Workshops: Specialized sessions led by top experts addressing critical athlete-centered topics, including mental skills training, navigating diet culture, and building leadership capacity.
• Mentorship & Networking: Students join head coaches, athletic directors, and sport leaders for lunch and inspiring keynote addresses.
• Rate & Perks: $40 per student (includes light breakfast, full program access, and lunch). Must be a currently enrolled high school or college student.

We do not offer group registration discounts. To streamline group registrations, please collect all required information for each attendee before entering them into our registration system.
