Jess Nash is an experienced soccer executive, coach, and educator with over 15 years of leadership in club operations, coaching education, and player development. As the Executive Director of Rush Wisconsin, she leads the club’s operations and strategic growth, ensuring its long-term strength, sustainability, and success.
In addition to her role at Rush Wisconsin, Jess is the Rush Women’s Alliance Coordinator, a Coach Educator for the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association, and a Mentor in the US Soccer SheChampions Mentor Program. She has coached at multiple levels, including Olympic Development Program, Rush National Select, high school. and collegiate programs. She holds a Master of Education degree and a USSF A-Youth License, bringing a strong educational foundation to her leadership. .
Jess’s strategic leadership and dedication to growing the game continue to elevate Rush Wisconsin as a premier youth club in the region.
