Brianna Edwards is a former professional athlete with a deep passion for the game and a commitment to helping athletes discover their “why.” With over a decade of coaching experience, she now serves as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at North Community High School, where she focuses on mentorship, player development, and community impact. Her leadership has guided student-athletes through the challenges of high school sports while preparing them for college and beyond. Drawing from her experience as a high-level competitor, she emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and skill development to build strong, confident athletes. Dedicated to the overall growth of student-athletes, Brianna is also the owner of Trust The Process Consulting, a company specializing in leadership development for athletes of all sports. As a professional speaker and moderator, she empowers individuals through impactful workshops and discussions, equipping them with the tools to succeed both in and out of their sport.
