She previously served on the coaching staff at Ottawa University, Wayne State College, and the University of Illinois, Springfield. She now owns Influence LLC where she works with teams all over the country on leadership development, team building, group facilitation, and personality assessments. She is also a partner at Success for Teams LLC where she provides coaches with a path to help their teams overcome adversity.
