Megan Kahn

CEO, WeCOACH

Megan Kahn is the CEO of WeCOACH (formerly the Alliance of Women Coaches). A former collegiate athlete, NCAA Division I assistant basketball coach and athletic administrator, Megan brings a wealth of experience to the Alliance. For the past four years, she has been an integral part of the Alliance staff, focusing on coordinating event and educational program operations and building connections and community through social media and communication strategies. In 2013, Megan founded her own collegiate consulting company, KAHNSULTING, in which collaborated with administrators and coaches across the country in various championship management and administrative capacities. She served as the 2015 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Final Four assistant tournament manager, overseeing game operations in Tampa and is serving on a host committee for the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship in Tampa.Megan is dedicated to personal and professional development, having graduated from the NCAA Women Coaches Academy (2004), NACWAA/HERS (2006), and the Sports Management Institute (2011-12). She holds a master’s degree in sports management and is also a certified Health Coach and aromatherapist. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, long walks on the beach, hiking in the mountains, and spending time with family and friends.
